Katherine has more than 20 years of experience working in consulting, leadership development, talent acquisition and sales. Her consulting background has primarily focused on designing and implementing people focused strategies that align with business strategies to ultimately create a positive impact for people and organizations.
Katherine is well versed in leading teams, coaching, end to end talent management practices, job analysis, assessments, behavioral interviewing, leadership development, change management and training. She has experience coaching frontline and mid-level leaders as well as individual contributors. She has worked with individuals at fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium size companies.
Katherine is a wife, and mom to two amazing kids. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, reading nonfiction books, playing tennis, and getting outside.
